Question by : can a 12 year old get short term memory loss or Alzheimer’s?
i am a 12 year old girl, i go to a secondary school… a normal average girl
but i am worried about my memory.. i mean, i dnt think it is anything serious, i know wht things are and can have good conversations, but if someone buts in , i cannot remember what i was talking about, sometimes if i try 2 remember a specific word, i just cant… any ideas??
i spoke 2 my dad about it (when he was on the playstation, playing zombies, not much help) but he sed tht he can remember things easily that are long term but sometimes he has trouble remembering short term things. i spoke 2 my frends about it, and we just laugh and say i have a a memory of a gold fish. lol? but i am starting 2 get a little bit concerned?? my nan lost her husband about 2/3 years ago now and is currently having tests for Alzheimer’s disease. we dont no the results yet. but can i get it?? can a 12 year old girl get Alzheimer’s disease?? short term memory loss?? PLEASE, dont leave horrible answers like.. oh yh, my mum has tht ur gonna die- only sensible answers, PLEASE!! lol

btw- is ADHD when you can sit still, concentrate or work hard??
bcos i dnt think i have that, all of my teachers say i am doing well and working beyond what is expected of me in my year group, does this change anything??
