only one that feels this strongly about it. She can’t walk she wears depends and used them all the time. My dad doesn’t need the care as much as she does but he is needy. I am getting so burnt out taking care of both of them. If she was in a nursing home then everybody could go visit her as they wanted and enjoy their visit. But they think that if she goes into a nursing home she is going to die immediately. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

My mom is 77 years old and is showing signs of dementia. She becomes disoriented at time and can’ remember things. Example she did not know what house she was in today when I talked to her on the phone. She is also a diabetic and is on Kidney dialysis.
