My mother has had this for 10 years. My sister and I are worn out. We are running out of money. Help!

My grandma is in her early 70′s and has had progressive dementia over the last 10 years. At this point, she does not know anyone by name, cannot make any conversation or form sentences, and seems to be always in pain and confused. Nevertheless, she is very well cared for and loved dearly. I was wondering if anyone had ideas to help stimulate brain cells in my grandmother, that way she can enjoy life to the fullest with what she has Thank you!
