With an Alzheimer’s disease suffering patient in your house, you have to find out about treatments that attend to handling adverse incidents. There may not be a lot of those, but who can tell when and just how they might come? You at least have to be prepared to deal with, or wouldn’t you say? As we say, preparation helps you manage just about any situation in life. So, take the time to learn just as much as you are able to about handling as many incidents that might show up with looking after such a patient.

No one knows everything, so you could be mistaken too; but so also could your caregiver – the individual living in to tend to the friend or loved one you have at home who has Alzheimer’s disease. You can help concerns by exchanging notes with them about what you are aware of what you learn from time to time. This should help you stay well informed and offer the best care possible for this friend of yours or loved one.Be sure that you get informed if an incident happens in your home in which your loved one with Alzheimer’s is concerned. Their dementia might cause them to act oddly and you might be ignorant of that fact. Be sure that anyone who could be around at the time knows enough to inform you of it before they cause you to make dangerous errors by such oversights. If a loved one returning home who is suffering from the disease, you need to have some activities intended for their enjoyment. There’s a whole lot you can learn about those from visiting homes and facilities where such patients are taken care of,as well as places where such can be bought. Even if you cannot afford them all, the little you are able to install will make an improvement.

Some types of activity should aid to improve the day of someone with Alzheimer’s. It doesn’t matter a lot if it’s in a nursing home or even in your residence, you need to find ways to help them to de-stress and get on some fun. Whether or not this are priced at big money, do this anyway. In fact it helps, as many study on the disease shows. So, if it helps, it can also surely help the one you love who’s struggling with this as well. Activity provides a method helping your day. After you invested the whole day aimlessly wandering, you’d absolutely become bored and… well, imaginative. The very same could happen to Alzheimer’s disease victims. Try to look for programs to allow them to take part in, however basic, and you just may have brightened their day. The wellness of your Alzheimer’s sufferers is not something you may want to trifle with. Their convenience and comfort should come first all the time, therefore you must ensure they get some companionship. This latter may be difficult for you as the client may not seem to appreciate it, however it is what they need and you should give it to them.

Assess if you may allow a person affected by Alzheimer’s disease to wander away from your premises if you are their caregiver. There are several degrees of advancement of the condition these may figure out how lax you may be with them. Your physician might be able to assist you to stabilize those little details, so that you could keep close to them.

If you are the only person that a patient of Alzheimer’s disease recognizes or chooses to relate with, you might have something going there. You must use that vantage point to introduce the other family members to them. This is bound to be tough because the sufferer is never in a hurry to cooperate, but even in the most difficult of circumstances it is workable.

Wifes Test Results?

Question by jake5282: Wifes test results?
Mr. Smith goes to the doctor’s office to collect his wife’s test results.

The lab technician says to him……I’m sorry, sir but there has been a bit of a mix-up and we have a problem.

When we sent the samples from your wife to the lab, the samples from another Mrs. Smith were sent as well and we are now uncertain which one is your wife’s.

Frankly, it ‘s either bad news or terrible news!”

“What do you mean?” said Mr. Smith.

“Well….one Mrs. Smith tested positive for Alzheimer’s, and the other Mrs. Smith has tested positive for AIDS.

We can’t tell which is your wife’s test.”

“That’s terrible!” said Mr. Smith. “Can we do the test over?”

“Normally, yes. But you have Blue Cross Health Care, and they won’t pay for these expensive tests more than once.”

“Well, what am I supposed to do now?” said Mr. Smith.

“Blue Cross Health Care recommends that you drop your wife off in the middle of town. If she finds her way home, don’t sleep with her.

Can It Called Alzheimer’s Disease?

Question posed by Little Guardian AngeL: Can it called Alzheimer’s disease?
I often forget and also often get headache, it happens very often.. i worried about my conditions. :/
I search in internet about, similar like Alzheimer’s disease common symptoms in early. But they told that it is diagnosed in people over 65 years of age. And I’m doubt about my disease.

The best answer:

Answer by Yup
People can get Alzheimer’s younger, but it’s a lot rarer.

But you can’t self diagnose.

Right now I have a slight pain in my neck, I’m a little warm, and i’m a little thirsty. If I throw all that into webMD, it will show me 8 potentially deadly diseases I have when I’m just thirsty while sitting improperly in a room with bad air circulation.

Alzheimer’s Disease Caused by Infection

Images of Borrelia DNA in Alzheimer’s Disease brain tissue- Including Specific DNA probes for Borrelia Flagellin DNA ( A DNA sequence which is NOT present in the human genome) which glows Green when it finds its Target DNA in Alzheimer’s brain tissue. Also illustrated in this short video are the concepts of TRANSSYNAPTIC transmission of infection in Rabies, and in Herpes Zoster/Shingles. Infections INSIDE of a nerve cell are transmitted Across Synapse connections to neighboring Nerve cells. Borrelia spirochetes gain access to the interior regions of nerve cells and are also\ capable of “JUMPING’ across Synapses to infect neighboring Nerve cells. Networks of Connected nerve cells (NEURAL CIRCUITS) then become infected by Trans-synaptic transmission. This “NETWORK” of infected nerve cells in the brain explains the PATTERN of Sequential destruction of Brain tissue in the Braak Stages of Alzheimer’s Disease through the Braak stages I,II,III, IV, V , VI. A question from SmokingPoet: What is the relationship between GABA and Reelin?
I have one child with Dandy Walker Syndrome including cerebellar vermis-hypoplasia, which seems to be caused by genetic problems with Reelin. I have another child that is as yet undiagnosed (unless you call ADHD, the catch-all for child behavioral disorders, an actual diagnosis) that seems to be helped by taking GABA. Could child #2 have a similar condition to Child #1? (same father, different mothers) What are some disorders (besides schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s) that are related to an excess/defficiency of Reelin? I am looking for a more specific diagnosis/treatment for Child #2. He almost seems to show symptoms of bi-polar behavior. This disturbs me because he has just started taking a stimulant for ADHD and there are indications that this could cause early onset of bi-polar disorder.

Any specialists out there that can help?
I understand neurotransmitters. Why wouldn’t certain re-uptake inhibitors be a better treatment than stimulants? A more controlled diet does help, but not enough to enable the ADHD child to go to school. He still has to be home-schooled.

Neurotransmitters affect behavior and learning. A neurotransmitter deficiency consequently has a dramatic effect on childrens or adults abilities to learn and function in an orderly manner. Most hyperactive and ADD children are born with a shortage of neurotransmitters, establishing a genetic link, most often on the male side. These children also do not manufacture the needed amount of these chemical messengers.

Where do we get neurotransmitters? From the amino acids, GABA, glycine, taurine, tyrosine, glutamine and tryptophan. Do children or adults get enough aminos through diet? NO! Balanced amino-acid doses, in the right combination and formulas, produce the needed neurotransmitters naturally. Using a stimulant medication to try to produce neurotransmitters is like a shotgun going off in the childs brain. Our children were not born with Ritalin in their brain, so how can they have a Ritalin deficiency?
With proper nutrition and supplementation, we can correct or enhance mind, mood, memory, and behavior.
Take care as always!

Question posed by Enigma: I need local Alzheimer’s care facilities in Houston Texas?
My mother cares for my dad with final stages of Alzheimer’s disease. She needs to go into surgery and with work; no family member could care for our dad 24/7. So, during this 2week-1month period, we need to find and adult daycare facility, which is reputable positively and is qualified to deal with and handle Alzheimer’s disease patients. Especially, a place that locks the doors, so these patients cannot walk away.
We need facilities in Houston Texas, preferably on the East side, but open to any location.
Your help is very appreciative and thank you for your assistance!
