What Movie Is This? Alzheimers Disease?

It’s a movie about an elderly couple and one of them has either amnesia or alzheimers disease and her husband tells her to story about how they met and fell in love every day.
The only scene I know is this scene where their dancing and all of a sudden she freaks out because she forgot who he was and why she was dancing with him like “Who are you? Get away from me! Help!!!”
does anyone know?
