NOT ANY MORE! Now they’re telling us it only delays the disease. It does not prevent it.Should we believe ANYTHING they tell us anymore?

By definition, “reducing the risk of disease” does NOT equal preventing the disease – it equals reducing the risk of getting the disease!
I think you may be confusing Alzheimers and strokes, because they both cause dementia…
Aspirin is a low-level anti-coagulant== a blood thinner.
Strokes can occur if a clot forms in a blood vessel in your brain. So taking aspirin can help prevent strokes, hence the consequence of dementia.
