Maria asked:
I’ve heard of people taking Alzheimer’s medication to improve their memory for tests and stuff like that. Is this possible?

yes i have heard it does help people but not everyone you can try it and see.
are you thinking about gingko? I actually just learned about this in a class and the studies show that it’s not that effective. The increase in memory was very small, so in a way i guess you can say it works but I don’t think it’ll help much for studying for tests or things like that.
I believe it slows down the process of memory loss, but as far as improving, I’m not sure about that.
Yeah, I’m pretty sure.
Taking actually prescribed medication when you do not have a medical condition is extremely dangerous.
There are other, naturally, ways to help increase memory and attention and focus.
Below are a list of some of the more popular memory / focus / concentration / attention improving products. You can find them in local health food stores and the internet.
1.http://focusfast.com/
2.http://www.vivimind.com/
Focus Fast is stimulant free and contains the most ingredients.
Vivimind is the newest product on the market
There are also a few others that are pretty good that you can find in the ‘Wellness and Health’ sections of the above mentioned stores, or even through google. It’s a big market right now. The downside to that is … there are a lot of crappy or ‘cheap’ products … usually single ingredient ‘wonder pills’ or just a re-branded multi-vitamin. It’s kind of easy to spot them because they just *look* cheap.
